By incorporating innovative design and options of unidirectional or bidirectional, jacketed or non-jacketed construction, self or independently lubricated bearings, foot or flanged mounted type etc. we have confirmed suitability of our pumps for vide applications.

Features :

• Double helical herringbone gear with low leakage path to ensure no side thrust, maintains constant high volumetric efficiency for long life.

• The modified rotor design having modified profile teeth for low moment of inertia, lower frictional losses, smoother operation, higher tooth life and higher mechanical efficiency.

• Floating gear design for uniform matching, equal load distributions and low running noise.

• Gears are hardened/nitride/carburized and profile lapped/ground/shaved.

• Shafts are case carburized hardened and ground to withstand bending effectively for higher bearing life.

• Built in relief valve to relieve 100% capacity. 3 Step simple operation for change
  
  Pump Types :

Transfer pumps, lubricating pumps, rn (if necessary, direction of rotation can be changed though the suction and delivery remains same.) steam jacketed, high pressure, chemical, external bearings and high viscosity pumps.

Mounting.

Horizontal or vertical, foot or flanged, fixed common base frame, brackets, trolley, direct machine mounting.

Drive : Coupled directly with prime movers by flexible coupling or through 'V' belt, chain pulley, reduction gear box, variable speed drive.

Range : Capacities ranging from 1 litre/minute to 6000 litre/minute.

Size :  Inlet & outlet connections are from 1/4" to 12 " NB. Screwed ended connections are up to 2" size as per BSP, NPT etc. and

Pressure : Working pressure range from 3 kg/ cm² and above.
